I love the western art genre. Up until the time I was in high school, I refused to draw or paint anything other than horses. Western Art can be other than "cowboy" art however. Some of my paintings in this series go back to an earlier period in history; back to when "going west" meant canoeing down the river in your buckskin you had tanned yourself, and really exploring the unknown.
